Vanja Rogulj born February 13, 1982 in Split, Croatia, took on two interests from an early age, arts and sports. Seemingly on different sides of the spectrum, he somehow found an equilibrium in these two disciplines.
He graduated from high school in Split and moved to Zagreb for both academic and athletic purposes. In Zagreb he shows interest for graphic design, where he studies it until he decides to set off across the 'big pond' in 2003 to further develop both of his careers.
Vanja graduated from University of Virginia in May 2007 with a BA in Studio Art with focuses in photography and painting. His multimedia pieces were on an individual exhibit that same month in Charlottesville, VA. Later that year he had a joint exhibition with his aunt Nives (an established papier maché artist) in Omiš, Croatia. Since then he has been accumulating his images and intensely working on this website.
